It cracked me up to see that he clipped a "safety line" around his waist to the back of the bike. That apparently eliminates the need for a helmet or any other protective gear while riding that mulcher!

Can you imagine leaning into a corner and have the blade wack the ground? How about being stopped at a crosswalk and having pedestrians crossing in front of you?
