Cabo Pulmo house rental wanted

Towards the beginning of November we are going to come down from Loreto and would like to rent a smaller house on the beach in Cabo Pulmo. We stayed at a nice off grid house around 7 years ago but the price has sky rocketed.
Anyone have or know of a house for 3 adults, one couple and a single male? We are all retired and senior citizen homeowners and would treat the house with all respect. Doesn't have to be fancy but would like it on the sand. Can pay in dollars or pesos.
Thank you

I doubt you would find an inexpensive rental on the beach anywhere at the beginning of tourist season. Vacation rentals have skyrocketed from 7 years ago because the price of everything has gone up, including the expenses of those who own vacation homes.

You didn't mention the length of your stay or your price point. You piqued my curiosity so I had a look. Seems there are a lot of rentals available. Hopefully you can find what you are looking for.

4-5 days at Cabo Pulmo and then on the Verdugos for 3-4 days. Would like to keep it under $400 a day for 3 people for Cabo Pulmo.

My family is a big fan of Baja Serenity. You can definitely get 2 separate rooms during that stretch for under $400/night combined. The communal kitchen is excellent.

I have rented beach houses there twice. It has been about 8 years since, but there were many available at the time, and at reasonable prices. The ive shop right there in CP had the info and connected me with whoever was rentig them back then. Reach out to Cabo Pulmo Sport Center. It was great. There were several in the front row on the beach.
