| Vaya Con Dios, Harry Crosby

 Isaac Artenstein, posted this today:

Harry Crosby, passed away September, 12 at the age of 98 in San Diego, CA. I had the privilege of making "The Journeys of Harry Crosby" about the
pre-eminent explorer, photographer, historian and author of the Baja California Peninsula: I share the documentary to give an idea of the enormous
legacy he leaves behind. His legacy was also one of love and generosity. https://www.pbs.org/video/journeys-of-harry-crosby-sbilxs/ Please share freely.

BajaNomad (Doug), his son, my wife (Baja Angel), and I met with Harry at his home in late 2019, not long before Covid ended his public meetings.

I show Harry his photo of the cross rock (he took in 1967) in my book.

Nice video. Several years ago, we took a 3 day mule trip into the Santa Teresa Canyon section of San Francisco de la Sierra. One of our guides was
Angel Arce, no doubt related to Tacho Arce in the video.

When my local San Diego PBS station broadcast The Journeys of Harry Crosby, it was recorded on my DVR and I have no intentions of deleting it anytime
soon, or ever.

There is no better time to watch it again for the treasures he gave to all of us Baja lovers.

While my painted cave visits have been limited to the two sites near GN, I hope there are more to come next time, and the next time, and the next
time, if the stars align.

Peace, love and fish tacos and so much more. His family has to know so many respect Harry without knowing him personally.
