Playa agua caliente near El Sargento

Hi. We were thinking of driving out to the hot springs today. Never been. I was wondering if the road is passable with a car (2003 Camry). I don’t care if it’s rough or I bang the car up a bit. Just don’t want to get stuck. My old camping guide says there’s a steep climb into/out of an arroyo.
Also any comments on what it’s like there, etc. are welcome.

road is in good shape
the hot springs are not established and secured like most others
there is hot water seeping through the rocks
you'll have to build your own pool

Thanks. That’s what I was hoping.
