Sleeping pills?

What kind of sleeping pills can I buy in Tijuana? Can I take them into San Diego? Can I just go to a farmacia? Do I need to talk to a doctor first? I just want some nice strong sleeping pills.

If you want ambien you will need a prescription. Easy, about $30 two years ago. There will likely be a doctor at the pharmacy for this. Don`t declare unless asked, keep your Mexican prescription just in case. And don`t have more than would be considered personal use. If you have an old prescription container, bring that. BTW it`s not cheap but I don`t remember the price. Oh, and the doctor will give you a prescription for 30 pills with 2 refills. The pharmacist will ask if you want 90 now, so you probably will want to do that.

Often rx drugs are cheaper in usa, if you have insurance. I investigated mex purchase for rx meds but found prices are cheaper on my rx plan in usa.

Have you tried pot gummies? Just a little aids in sleep. You can buy dope most everywhere in san diego, and the dope pushers usually dispense pharmacology advice on best strains for sleep

Out of curiosity, what is legal status of edible cannabis products in BCS? Asking for a friend. As a follow-up (from the aforementioned friend), what is the availability of said products?

The legal status is murky. Personal use and possession is “sort of” legal for small quantities, for citizens, and gringos will be hassled by cops for any reason, and pot makes a good reason. Commercial sales are not legal, but you will occasionally see pot-based products for sale.
If you do find pot, or derivative products, I would not trust it’s purity. I find purity very unreliable in USA, it is often full of unregulated chemical additives or harmful pesticides - probably same situation in mexico.
If you want safe pot, free of unknown chemicals, grow your own.

Where I live in the People's Republic of Taxachusetts, cannabis products sold in licensed dispensaries are vigorously regulated and heavily taxed. It tends to weed out (!) amateur producers as well as clientele.

You can avoid any legal issues by employing a few simple deep breathing techniques.

It works and has for decades. A former girlfriend used to be amazed at how easy I drifted off to neverland, once we called it a night. haha

A few deep breaths and off I went. It takes a bit longer these days but still works.

It can for you too. Sure beats relying upon pharma.

Some herbal tea's can quite helpful too. A solution with no side effects is worth looking for. In my opinion.

Your breath and breathing can be key to a good nights rest, if you choose wisely. Pharma is not your friend when it comes to a good nights rest.

It may knock you out, but there is a cost that will have its time with you, on its own time. Sleep well fellow amigo.

I assume you are male? Try going through menopause and then tell me that herbal products and breathing techniques are all you need to be able to fall asleep. I tried them all. Used sleeping pills for awhile, then found half a joint worked just fine.
