Ejido Bonfil
Tuxpan restaurant is excellent. We tried huevo ranchero, tacos dorados, and cheeseburgers/fries on our two visits on two separate days.
Ejido Bonfil is between San Ignacio and Santa Rosalia. There is a cruce de peatones there, so you have to slow down anyway.

Thanks for the tip BajaJudy. The spot seems popular with truckers, but not sure we would have ever stopped there ourselves. We'll give it a try.

We eat there on occasion, good fare and because of the ejido friends we have there. Hola Ana and Araceli. This is one of the largest ejidos. They
even collect the fees at Playa Santispac a couple others in Conception Bay.

Pompano, Bonfil a long way off from Concepcion? Just curious.
40 K west of Bonfil, Santa Marta and cave paintings, a beautiful area.
Worth a visit... George

George...ejido Bonofil must be about 70 miles or so north of us. Just north of the Devil's Grade out of Sta. Rosalia. Will revisit Sta. Marta
someday, I hope. What happened to your visit here...we had some fiestas you missed!

Sorry I missed it...got lots going on in Abreojos, adding a room, getting ready to head North etc. had to get back ASAP. Closed on sale of Loreto lot
in Santa Rosalia..Great new Notario, Guillermo Santillan Meza #20, fast, reliable and reasonable, also has a great interpreter.
One day we will catch up to each other mi amigo. Perhaps Concepcion, perhaps here on my turf...Will be summering here in Ojos...june through Sept.??
Tight Lines.
FYI the Dusky I have (glad I didn't sell it) has a bait well built into the deck...no pumps, no wires....15/20 mackerela all day long, no problems..a
great system! Hope you get to use it with me here in Ojos this coming summer....Some real big meros....etc. Capt. George
