10-years-ago: The Baja Extreme 2016, a Toyota 4x4 tour

Time moves on, yet we have some great memories that last forever. The Baja Extreme tour was one of those.

Four vehicles (Tacoma, Land Cruiser, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser) and 8 people had a 10-day tour, as far south as the Bahía Concepción Peninsula. WE had a wonderful host at Bahía Asunción, Shari. Visited with both Coco (at his Corner) and Pancho at Bahía San Rafael... then include a camp and drive on Shell Island, stop on the beach at Gonzaga Bay, a stay at Camp Archelon at L.A. Bay, and more... https://vivabaja.com/p916/

See the fun video set to music ("Can't Get Enough...") [6+ minutes]

My birthday party was on the final night, hosted by Ron Gomez, 'Baja Gringo' of Talk Baja... who had a cake for us to enjoy! Great surprise!
