I see the term "Canadian Breakfast" on some lodging websites..... does anyone know what that means ?

Canadian bacon, much different than real bacon. Of course to Canadians, there's is the real bacon. I like it much better. Perhaps a maple leaf garnish
with a snow cone for desert.  All for a looney.
They have some of the best sharp cheddar cheese too.

Wow, Bacon and snow cones doesn't sound like much of a breakfast.... well so much for Ignacio Springs .... I thought they ate better than that.

Breakfast at Ignacio Springs consists of eggs al gusto, bacon(I have never had canadian bacon there!), homemade sausage(from their pigs that they feed
dates to), homemade bread, homemade jams(try the patayha if she has some!). Sometimes fresh orange cinnamon buns, fresh squeezed oj and always coffee
ready at daybreak. It is one of the best breakies I have ever had anywhere. Oh she will make pancakes for you if you are not an egg person.
Dont know anything about any snow cones.

Now that must be what they mean by " Canadian Breakfast "on their website. Sounds a lot better than bacon and snow cones. Ron
