oxxo Glad you and the turtle eggs made it thru the front half of the storm.
  The
back side shouldn't be too bad. |

The yard here at the rental PIT (in the lowlands, not up on the mountaintop, toneart!) is beginning to look like I'm back on waterfront
property...here on the shores of Beautiful Lake Centenario...whitecaps & all!
Looking for my snorkle gear as soon as I hit post! Oh, I believed you lencho...the river is outside the gate! |

You'd better worry Legs, I think all natural phenomena like virgins for sacrifices.

Me again, as I posted earlier, we are transmitting right now, just music but to be ready in case someone needs to get a message across or in case of
any emergency. Doug brought up a good point, and it is of was how to know when to tune in for a live broadcast or to pt someone on air, well, you can
post it or U2U me and we will be on.
If there is anything we can help with with the radio in communicating, please feel free to use it.
 saludos

Excuse me Russ!!! If she ever gets WHO??? It's a volcano that take sacrifices, not hurricanes! Please don't be offering me up! |

Didn't they only sacrifice very young virgins?
  opps, sorry.
Good to see you are keeping a sense of humor while facing a hurricane! It is also good to keep getting the reports.

Wind is picking up a bit but nothing dramatic in Todos Santos, yet...
Talked to somebody on the beach here and the wind was much stronger there. Amazing how a couple of miles can make such a big difference...
The sky is grey, but there hasn't been any rain for a couple of hours now.

What do you think the chances are for the mountains around San Ignaico getting much rain?

I hope everybody is OK in Los Cabos and on the East Cape.
Whoever is dancing can STOP now ...
Lots of water here. My neighbor waded across the street from the car and it's calf-high, running fast down to the bay. Wind is picking up with some
strong gusts. Looks like Henriette may reach us sooner than forecast but maybe with less strength?

She hasn't gone past us yet, we are in Buena Vista. The seas are very rough, winds are strong, plenty of rain. From the numbers that we have seen
think it's about another 3-4 hours for her to pass us. It's getting very, nasty here.....Hang on everyone this one is nasty, more than they were
talking about. She' got plenty of water not a good thing.

with or without the predicted path overlaid but without the lat long overlay. i wanna keep a copy of it for our memorias of why we had to cut our
vacation short
Is this what you are after??? I can email the original...

can´t save the page the only thing that works to save the loop is to video it. I can only get as close as 6 feet or so to maintain focus. this page
has very cool loops and images this main page is at:

 http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/trop-epac.html

and the henriette page is reached from this or directly at
 http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/float7.html

locking up office and covering everything, shopped and signing off now.

 thanks

 BTW,
Cabo radar images are all out of date by several hours, and although Guasave Sinaloa radar is up to date, it isn't reaching out to the peninsula.
 "Almost Live Cabo weather" is down;
"Almost Live La Paz Weather" is up, but doesn't look accurate.
Both Cabo airport and La Paz airport weather reports are shut down.

Any other real time reporting out there?

Latest forecast shows the center of Henriette tracking straight up to La Paz. Look out, East Cape, it's gonna be on your side of the mountains...
