Make Offer! Modern Ocean View Home in Rosarito

We are motivated sellers! Make us an offer! We are now offering to sell our home to raise additional capital for a business start-up.

Our architecturally designed vacation home overlooks a beautiful Pacific Ocean view in Baja, California. Just 35 minutes south of San Diego! Let the morning sun wake you up to incredible ocean views. As foreigners wanting to invest significantly in Mexico we were very cautious throughout the purchase of our property. This property is held through a bank trust! You will own this house and be able to sell it or pass it down to future generations.

A few details about the house: 3 bed, 2.5 bath Fireplace. 2 car garage. Low utility costs and low property taxes. Furnishings stay! Polished black concrete floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Bathrooms are tiled with imported 1" clear multi-blue glass tiles. 10' ceilings throughout. It has 3 HUGE terraces, including a roof top terrace accessed via spiral staircase. Expansive ocean views from all.

Additional photos are available by responding with your email address. We will invite you to view a photo album containing 50 photos of our home. Should you need assistance with financing, we have a contact with companies that lend US money for homes in Mexico.

If you are an interested buyer please contact us to discuss the terms of your offer.

If you would be interested in visiting this property or have any questions, please send us an email or call us at 209-602-0810!

Thank you.

Is this the same house you tried to sell in April?

Is that view near K-38?

Yes...it is

Yes, this is the same property. That view is taken from the house looking over the K-38. It is zoomed in slightly but in the photo album that will be forwarded upon request, it gives 50 photos of the house including pics of views unaltered by camera and from many directions from the terraces.

The american realtor we were marketing the property through did nothing his contract stated he would do. He basically took our contracts and disappeared to ensenada to sell some port condos.

Subsequently we are no longer dealing with that firm or realtor. We are marketing the house ourselves and now have a spanish speaking realtor whom lives in Rosarito that will be handling the transaction for us. We will pay the closing costs as well as his fees and also the fees associated with the new owners trust.

If you would be interested in seeing the property, please let us know. We have keys down there and with prior notification can arrange for anyone to be met at the house.
