The San Ysidro immigracion office and Banjercito are supposed to be open 27/7. How long ago did that happen?

Both are open 24/7...sometimes you need to knock on the window at the bank as the employee sleeps in the back room.

we woke him up a couple of time last year bringing friends

also the front office closes and you have to walk to the back for an FMT if its closed

but the FMT office is open 24-7
