Todos Santos Real Estate Notary

Purchasing a home in Todos and wanted to know who you would recommend to handle the paperwork based on your personal experiences, good and bad... Always a bit nervous when money involved - does "escrow" equal safety when it comes to the deposit???

We used Suzie Hill at Como El Sol in Todos Santos in January when we bought our lot in Los Cerritos. Pleasant lady, everything was very up front.
She explains everything clearly.

I would suggest, for peace of mind, ensuring that you use a formal US-based escrow company for transfers of money. It hasn't happened to us, but we do know of some people here who have lost out when they found the "escrow" account was not managed as you would expect at home.

No need for US escrow transfers if you deal with Susie Hill., and your land has proper history on the deed. She handled our afairs 3 years ago. Never a problem. Very straight forward. Her office is called Como El Sol, 612-145-0485

The grass is always greener....
and so, there is always a better spot in Baja
