Driving on Christmas Day

I'm assuming all gas stations in Calexico and San Felipe will be open on Christmas Day? I haven't driven to Baja on this day in over 20 years and I assuming people still need fuel?

I filled up with gas in San Felipe on Christmas Day last year and three years ago. In Mexicali, many businesses including retail stores and restaurants are open on Christmas.

We're driving from San Diego to San Felipe on Christmas Day so we don't need to purchase fuel while driving in Baja.

Are you traveling Christmas Day?

As many times as we've traveled on this day I don't recall the stations being open, but I'm thinking some are.

Chuck,

I'm coming down from Yucca Valley on Christmas Day and will need diesel in Calexico. It's been many years since I've driven on Xmas day and cannot remember what's open or not open. Thx

Gotcha, see ya on the road then. White Super Duty Crew Cab Longbed 4x4 with a black lumber rack. Entering Mexicali around 9 or 10 a.m.

You might just have to get the minimum of Diesel in El Centro or Calexico to get down to your place just in case they're not open in Mexicali or San Felipe.

South Campos Parade of lights is on Saturday the 29th starting at the Community Center, come on down. We will be using the same truck and leading the parade.
