thank you very much for your reply. i was asking because we have a woman posting on one of our dog boards claiming to be the one that owns it. they also have a refrigerator business. something doesn't sound right and we actually think she is impersonating the real owner of this crematory. her name is pam and if she is the owner then she would be married to victor ?

the person that is claiming to be the owner of the crematory also claims to own this business. this pam woman always comes on the groups asking if anyone knows where to buy gaskets and stuff for the incinerator which sounds very odd. if it was your business wouldn't you already know where to get your parts for the crematory. she's been doing this for years and then she sends photo shopped pictures in saying they are hers. she also stated that she is some kind of bigwig with a well known vet in this same area. she sent in a picture of a building but edited the information on the vets sign. i think it was a dr. pona or something like that. she said she works very closely with him and his staff and is always donating incubators and stuff to him.

Dr. Pena is one of the finest vets in Ensenada. His specialty is orthopedic surgery (especially for dogs), but he runs a full-service practice. We have three dogs and a cat, and have been in his offices many times. Can't say I ever saw anything that looked like an incubator, nor can I figure what use he might have for one.

I recently had my dog cremated by Victor at Zatikia. Victor picked up my dog at the Rosarito vet in an older white cargo van with two huge (I mean 200 pounds plus huge) dogs in it along witht a very very quiet, nice older woman (maybe his wife). I'm sure this is the real man and he did an excellent job and returned the cremains the next week.

Vicktor told me he bought his equipment from the USA. I doubt he would have to shop around for parts down here.

If in doubt, just send him a direct e-mail.
