Tijuana Border Crossing Visa's

I received an e-mail from a friend that made the trip from San Diego to the East Cape and back last week. He informed me that he was unable to buy his Visa at the Tijuana Border crossing. Does anyone know the new sutuation for Visa's at Tijuana. I have been buying my Visa at this location for years.

if the front office is closed in the late evening you need to go to the back alley and walk toward the border

it's open 24-7

I think the front office might be permanently closed as I had to go to the back office even at 7:00 AM. No problems, just park in secondary and walk behind the building and turn right. Can't miss it
