Taking Lobster to US
When we absolutely, positively need to travel to the US we take our motorhome. As owners of MH's know at the linea you must pull over near secondary
and get checked for agriculture products. Also they will confiscate other food stuffs without US labels. We have had meat and chicken confiscated.
Fish is not a problem and I'm wondering if Lobster might end up on the plate of a custom agents dinner table?

stuff from the ocean is supposed to be okay for personal use, as opposed to commercial.

This paperwork is called a Guia and you need it to bring lobster or abalone back and it needs to be in your name and official from the coop you
obtained the lobster from...and say how many kilos which the one scanned here does not have on it. The checkpoints will ask for this guia and things
could get nasty for you if you dont have it...it's a federal offense so think carefully about the risks involved. More and more they are checking
coolers now.
