Big Questions

I've been out of the country for so long I miss all of this stuff.

How is everyone doing? What did I miss over the last four weeks?

You've been gone so long we forgot who you were and since we no longer remember you we can't tell you anything, so there. Otherwise aunt Bell had her baby and Molly found a boyfriend and uncle jake's operation went pretty good and is walking again and Bob and Sue got married.

We spent three weeks in Thailand and a week in Cambodia. What a world we live in, for sure. We took over 800 images during this trip. But, we look forward to visiting some great friends in Mulege come February!

Bob wish i'd have known you were going as i have a few friends living in Thailand full time now, they used to be in Baja.
they have treated friends and visitors like kings.

in this string!

Bob who?:?::lol::lol:

Anyway, Bob, welcome back. What you have missed is that while you were gone we have gotten our BajaNomad Forum back. The bad guys are gone and now it is just us usual good hearted, but somewhat cranky, gnarly members who are willing to exchange issues intelligently. :bounce: I am loving it again!:yes:

Welcome back from Thighland, what a great adventure. Do you have a site where you post pics. Always wanted to go there? I look forward to hearing your reflections on similarities/differences with Mexico. I have heard them compared before.

Thank you! I have a pbase account where I will be posting several of my photos from this trip. I will post the link after I link them up. There are sooooo many images I need to sift through. It was a wonderful experience to say the least! Absolutely wonderful.

Capt Mike, I cannot imagine being treated better than we were treated by total strangers. It was just fantastic. It would have been nice to meet your friends though. We met a lot of Americans who live in Thailand and just love it there. It's not very expensive there and even less expensive in Cambodia!

Hello Shari... Shami must be a very popular dog! What will you do with all of those beautiful puppies? How is the fishing right now? Too bad about the lobster story.
Warm regards to all from Bob H

Hola Bob ...well...each rental comes with a puppy now!! They are really cute and Shami is a good mom.
The fishing has been just outrageous this summer...tuna & dorado were abundant which is not common here but the water was soooo warm that the fishing really improved. It has started to cool down here so the yellowtails are coming up now...fabulous spearfishing these days.
Supposedly, lobster fishing will start again next week..hopefully.
The village is looking really lovely with all the flowers and newly painted houses. We have a new little campground for you guys with a cool "Yacht Club" with shower, bathroom, internet, library, fishing pics gallery...really cute and great place to camp....so come on down and share some Thighland stories with us and get your free puppy!
