Gas on Christmas?

We are heading into Baja on Christmas day and wondered whether gas stations will be open that day. Does anyone know?

We have not had a problem in the past when we traveled on Christmas day with gas stations---but did have a problem with restaurants being closed on x-mas

The mexicans have learned how to spread christmas all the way from Virgen of Guadalupe day clear up until Dia de los Reyes in January, so you do not need to worry about the stations being closed on Christmas day. I have never seen them closed on Christmas.

Christmas day

Last year we had some tire and axle problems on Christmas day south of Santa Rosalia. Limped back to town and found the tire shop open on Christmas day. They could not fix the axle until morning, so they said to plug in to their electricity and enjoy the night . Aint Baja Great:bounce::bounce::bounce:
