El Jefe, how long has that tree been in a pot? Did it transplant OK? I mean, no ill effects?

Bahia de Los Angeles Christmas tree shopping with Herman.

Another year, another tree.

All decorated and ready for the season.

I understand that we can't hunt for the Bahia tree as it's now against the law to cut them down, regardless if they're already dead.
So, how about a Baja snowman?

Those were fun times.

Pops,
This Christmas tree lot was very popular among some folks this year.

Some say there's nothing like walking around the lot, between the rows of trees to find just the right one.

I tend to go for the Charlie Brown style of tree, none of these would have fit in my living room.

Been in the pot for about two weeks only. I will plant it in the garden after Christmas. Torotes transplant quite well. They are easy to move if you
are building a house where one lives. Just dig it up, not a lot of roots, and stick it in the ground where you have space. And they smell sooooo good.
Scrunch the leaves between your fingers and sniff. Well, it won't have the effect of some of that stuff pictured above, but still nice. We saved this
one from distruction at a new road cut.
No b-tchin\' in the Baja.

Pops,
Your christmas tree. I've never seen one quite like it.
It looks like it's been struck by lightning.
