Bank at Tecate or Mexicali East Open X-Mas for Tourist Cards?

Hi folks,
Would rather cross at at Mexicali (east) or Tecate this trip. Does anyone know if banks at either will be open so we can get our tourist cards on Christmas morning? Guessing its a "no" for Tecate. Thanks.

Let us know what you fine out... ! At least you will have the FM-T and can pay at another bank in Mexico on another day... Make sure the INM officer authorizes (stamps) it so all you need is the bank's stamp to complete the deal.
