Drug-Deal Shootout El Rosario in Nov??????

While planning my March trip this morning I learned of a drug deal gone wrong at 9:30 AM at the restaurant across from Dog Lady Kim's house in November???? 3 people died and it was a known guy w an AK whatever in broad daylight. Did this get mentioned on the nomads site or does anybody know abt this????? I suspect he went scott-free.....a curious mind wants to know!!!!!! This whole world of drugs is gonna affect all of us.

Yes, I remember because there were posts a few days after I had lunch at La Mision Taqueria there around mid-November.

A sad tale for certain. I recently met the wife and mother of the men killed. She is a brave and strong woman. I still can get over the trauma that she must be dealing with....losing a son and husband.

Bucko, the search feature on Nomad is a great tool to see items posted in the past... goes back to 2002 when this forum began... Great for research.

Antonio (Baja Cactus) established a fund and many Nomads donated to help the family. Read BajaCactus' posts about it...
