San Ysidro crossing to toll road help please

I'm crossing next Tuesday. I've seen some nice diagrams/photos here of how to make the transition from San Ysidro crossing to toll road. Which is current, old exit to right, or left most via the avenues? Thanks much, Don

As you cross the border it is the 2nd right. Just follow the signs. The toll is about $1.85 now
