Thanks for the translation...such as it is....kinda hard to understand but I got the jist of it. This seems to be a rehash of a continuing legal
issue between Olivia and Sr. Munoz...it has been going on for years. I don't know if this ends it or escalates it.....hmmmmmmmmmm

Okay...I talked with my neighbor at Buenaventura and this is what was said. Sr. Munoz has legal title, affirmed through the courts, this has been
ongoing for many years as it wound it's way through the court system. All the action seems to be at Requeson where he simply removed old palapas that
were not in the federal zone. He is charging for camping there and the road is open. The police have been out there twice and affirmed his legal
right to be there. The article in the paper was with information furnished by Olivia at the Restaurant who was suing him over land titles and appears
to have lost. The Ejido is not challenging the claim.
Who really knows who owns what but the courts have rulled in favcor of SR. Munoz who is a lawyer from Tijuana and pretty well known. Hope this clears
some of the rumours. I am not picking sides but this info. is pretty accurate and very recent. We had heard over six years ago that Sr. Munoz was
claiming ownership of these properties and was waiting court action before actually trying to take possession, seems the legal battle is over (?) at
least for now. Any questons please feel free to u2u me.

Oh yeah, the "Black hand " lable comes from the black glove he wears on one hand due to bad scarring from and industrial accident....but it does add
to the myth.......

I am afraid that the "palapas" that were torn down may have been his.

Update.....I receive email today from my neighbor at Buenaventura who stated the Sr. Munoz has taken "possession" of Requeson, La Perla and Armenta, I
was told he closed access to all but Requeson....Maybe someone in place will check those beaches out and report...
