Todos Santos - do you know this house?

I have seen the house but do not know who built it .
Try posting your query on www.BajaWesternOnion.com and you will get more coverage. There are not a lot of us on BajaNomad.
Are you here ? You could just go into one of the two realty offices downtown.

Ask amiga Lisa
lisa@encantorealestate.com
or:
Lisa Welsch
Office 612-145-0287 Mexican Line
Office 858-764-0579 USA Line
Mexican Cell Phone 044-612-140-1414
She and her husband are sweet folks. I'm sure she can point you in the right direction for that builder... or someone who knows for sure.
Tell Lisa David Hunt says hi.

I like the design also, I have seen at least two houses in Las Tunis that appear to have been designed by the same archetech .

I agree with fishbuck, I can just imagine what the locals call a house like that.

Perfectly executed but in the wrong place! Not what I would consider harmonious with Baja but then again, I haven't seen the neighborhood
recently......

Thanks for the tip David, Lisa @ Encanto did indeed have the answer : local architect Hiram Arce designed & built the home.

I was looking to see if I could find any of his work on the internet and ran across this blog. Scroll down to the drawing. Very similar to the one
in the picture. Looks like it's the same architect.

All of the info above is true... however the first house in Todos Santos with these specific design features was built years before the one pictured.
The house in question is a sort of knock-off... with obvious features borrowed from the original. The original is off of Camino International in
Las Tunas. If you are interested in the one above you certainly need to check out the original it was designed to look like. In my opinion, it is
far superior.

I thought it was Iram's, but i think he has done better work than this one. It needs a good desert garden designer to make it 'liveable'. As is it
looks out of touch with its surrounding. Not real pretty in my humble opinion.
The grass is always greener....
and so, there is always a better spot in Baja
