San Luis crossing

Has anyone crossed there lately? Coming from Yuma and heaed to San Felipe, it looks to be less complicated than Los Algodones.
Thanks!

Less turns than coming thru Los Algodones. It's a good road all the way. (I use Los Algodones myself)

If you enter at San Luis, you are able to access the main highway just one or two blocks south of the crossing and except for some construction when you first leave town you are on a great road the whole way until you turn off for San Felipe. We just took that road when we entered at the end of January and we absolutely loved the toll road all the way to Tecate. The Rumarosa Grade is something that should be experienced by everyone traveling anywhere near that area.
