Club El Moro in La Paz. Some friends just stayed there and enjoyed it very much.

Yes, El Moro on the malecon, east of town. Expensive because they would only let you in on a mainfloor suite w.i. about 122 US plus taxes.
In TS, try El Molino or Serendipity.

The grass is always greener....
and so, there is always a better spot in Baja

Seven Crown Hotel in La Paz has room they allow dogs.
I never have had to stay on the main floor when
I stay at EL Morro with my two dogs.

California Hotel, and Todos Santos Inn has
welcome our two dogs.

Of coarse my dogs are two little Chihuahuas. When I find
a place I would like to stay, I always state in my email.
"We travel with two well behaved Chihuahuas" Many
fine doors have been opened to us even in Cabo San Lucus.

You don't say what kind of dogs? If you are traveling
with a little one, you will find more places to stay by asking.

In TS also try Las Flores del Mar, and Todos Santos Inn (expensive)

Remember, when in Mexico, yes may be no and no may be
maybe!
