Toll roads

I take the toll road to rosarito, then get off to do some shopping, then onto the free road the rest of the way to la mision. what is the closest entrance from Rosarito? Also, on the way back, where is the first entrance to the toll road to TJ?

thanks, diana

Not sure if I am clear on what you ask...?

You are southbound for La Mision, and want to get back on after shopping at Rosarito? You will pay the toll if you get back on at the Rosarito on ramps.

There are on ramps (from my memory) at:

the Pemex station next to the toll road, just south of the Rosarito Beach Hotel,

then again at Puerto Nuevo,

then at Calafia,

then at the Half Way House...

then it's the La Mision/ Alistos off/on ramp.

The first Rosarito exit is just after where the road jogs back south. Where the new mall (Walmart, Home Depot) is located.

Also, on the way back, where is the first entrance to the toll road to TJ?

App. 500 yards north of the la Fonda exit is the entrance northbound. Where Paco's minimarket is located.
