Well, it varies day by day. Sometimes minute by minute.

Welcome to Baja Nomad Mike. Thank you very much for having stoped to help these people. FYI it was a hit and run and both were taken to the Cruz Roja Hospital as you can see here :
http://www.el-mexicano.com.mx/noticias/estatal/2009/02/26/ca...

I did call right now to check and of course information can not be given over the phone but they are both alive. I wasn't even told if they were stable, the most I got is that the child is still there and the father is there, they did not tell me were the mother was transfered to.
You've not only rudely challenged the honesty, integrity & motives of MikeLikeBaja simply because of what he posted as his first post, but now you're also challenging fdt's veracity, as well as the news source he provided AND fdt's confirming telephone call to the hospital??????

Give it a rest, it's been made abundantly clear by many other posters on the original thread that you are alone in your cynical disillusions.

Of course no one here would expect you to go to TJ to donate blood....you've personally thoroughly documented the fact that you only go to TJ to donate sperm & puke!

Legs, isn't it a little hard for you to stay on your high horse when you mind and mouth are in the gutter? Please cease your personal attacks on me immediately or I will report you.
These internet scams are quite common. And FDT has not be able to verify any part of this story. No one has.
There was a small newspaper story. How do you know that the poster didn't just read the same story in the paper and then inject themselves in it to scam you here?
It happens.

The only high horse I tend to get on is to speak up when I witness people unfairly being treated rudely & offensively.

MY "mind and mouth are in the gutter"???? Look within yourself. I don't post T&A pics, I don't post detailed exploits of debauchery in TJ, I don't post step-by-step instructions on how-to conduct business with prostitutes.

"Please cease your personal attacks on me immediately or I will report you." Awwwww, you poor baby!! I had no idea you were so sensitive!:( You can dish it out to newbies like MikeLikeBaja, but when it comes back at you in kind, you're much more thin-skinned I see! News flash, the only reason I know what you donate in TJ is because of YOUR OWN posts. You feel the urge to report me, be my guest! What are you going to tell Doug? That I'm picking on you? That my mind & mouth are in the gutter? That I had big enough brass ones to call you on your personal attack of a newbie?

All you other jokesters, I don't KNOW FB other than through his posts & I prefer to keep it that way...I'm pretty sure that's a two-way street! Though how I'll ever deal with my sleep loss over that sad deprivation in my life is beyond me!

And yes I'm a real person, many many Nomads from Canada to Cabo & even a few from other countries have met me! Any who have met me are hereby granted permission to divulge my true character & Uhhhhhhhh.....Errrrrrrr.....my inseam length.

I have met longlegs. She is a character. Not sure of her inseam but I'm guessing 60"

I have met fishbuck. I can also verify that he is a character. His inseam is a bit shorter.

For those of you who are Fishbuck haters he has a point. Unless one of you personally knows the person who says they stopped at the scene etc. the possibility exists that the person is a troll and what Fishbuck is saying may be true.

There are just a tiny few who seem to get a thrill out of jumping on old time posters... They pick on a Nomad with well over 1,000 posts because he was wondering if there is some other sources of info on the story, from a Nomad with less than 10 posts (and all in one thread)...? Not unreasonable, given the talk of blood donations.

I would wonder about stories from any newbie who comes here with such drama as a first post instead of introducing himself with some background about his Baja experiences or questions.

Fishbuck doesn't hide why he's going to Baja... (maybe he should, as far as the lady-seeking stuff?)... But, this is a forum... read it if you want... but if you don't have something to contribute or say nice, why are the few so compelled to complain and be just rude?

Now, back to posting photos of old piles of rocks!:light:
