23 Acres for sale in San Bruno

I posted the ad and I lived in San Bruno for 11 years. The property is east of the village on the way to San Rafael and has a beautiful view of San Marcos Island. The area is totally undeveloped and it is all flat land. My husband is currently in San Bruno and would show the property to anyone interested.

El Pescador is also very familiar with the area however his wife is in the midst of surgery at this time so please don't bother him.

23 Acres for sale in San Bruno, BCS

This is absolutely not ejido property. The owner is Mexican (and lives in San Bruno) and has clear title to the property.

How would I get a copy of the title and plot plan? I prefer to do my research before I visit a property. Thanks
