FM3 renewal time
Anybody remember what documents are required to renew an FM3. This is my second time renewing it but I forgot what is needed.
Last time I only brought the FM3 and because I didn't have the other docs it ended up being late and there was a fine. It also took like 8 months to
get it back.
That was in Ensenada and I guess they have a few problems there at the Immigration office.

My Immigration person in Ensenada sent me an email today saying the following is required:
The most recent month's original bank statement received prior to the expiration of your current FM3 (they will not accept a copy of a bank statement,
but they may accept a copy if you also obtain an Apostle from your Secretary of State confirming it is a true and accurate copy of your bank
statement... seems more trouble than it's worth); and two or three documents to be filled out and/or signed (which can probably be obtained from
Immigration); your current FM3 and the Immigration renewal fee of 1294 pesos. This is for a Rentista FM3... business FM3's are different.

Proof of residency: Current utility bill etc.
Reciept of payment for renewal

U. S. Bank statement---when our agent renewed ours in La Paz, they accepted a simple copy---no problem.
Does seem to be inconsistent

Each regional office has their own set of requirements and that varies depending on which officer is "serving" you. I see you got an response from an
Nomad regarding the Ensenada office with updated information.
The Consulados in The U.S. won't renew FM3s either.

OOPS... yep the passport for sure, but have never had to provide a current utility bill (don't have any... off grid)...
Being Mexico, it does not surprise me that Immigration offices may vary somewhat in their requirements...
