Here is how to do it. Husk a coconut leaving the nut intact. Freeze the nut with the soft spot on top, it may help to put a little tray under it. The
water will separate from the milk, freeze to a slush, expand, and perfectly pop off the top of the nut. Open it, scoop out the water slush leaving the
milk. Re-fill with a good dark Rum. As I said, To Die For.
