They are Cread, dope rehab. they are everywhere in the Baja, most people I know don't donate, its possible they are doing some good but I just can't
justify the donation.

I tend to disagree with that thought. Cread have their on shirts with their logo on them. In BCS I have been asked by reputable pepole who work 6
days a week for a donation to Cruz Roja. If I remember when Jaun went through Mulege and the river flooded they were there to help the flood victims.

It isn't CREAD. I don't know who it is but, they've been around for a long time. I would be willing to bet these folks in charge of the well-fed
beggers are living on the front row.
Personally, I think it's just a begging business. I've offered in the past good money for the secret of getting their clothes so white. They don't
know. Someone else dresses them.

Another thing they're good for:
If you need to change lanes and you give them a donation they'll make it happen.

Pro crossers don't change lanes. Lane changers there are THE problem.

Those people in the white nurses uniforms or white orderly uniform for men are a pure scam. The money goes only to them and the people that manage
them. Not one penny goes to charity. Also in the airports you'll see men dressed up as priests, in a dark suit with the collar. They are also fakes.
Belong to a mail order charity in Modesto or some other place. Same for the people dressed as monks and Hari Krishna's. Don't give them any money, if
you are feeling charitible, send in a check to the Red Cross, United Way, ADA, Cancer Society some legitimate charity you know about -- or your
chuch.

I will stand corrected if I am wrong ...but isn't the Cruz Roja who shows
up at vehicle accidents to help the victims? I don't think those people are a scam.

I've been told they rent the can and uniform from the Red Cross. Then they keep what's left over.

Cruz Roja is the one that shows up at accidents and the ones that could save your life, they are well trained I have seen them in action.

Had a friend who developed a sudden and severe nose bleed. A cop who witnessed the episode called the Red Cross. It was a five minute ambulance ride
away. After thirty minutes and another call...no ambulance. The cop drove my friend to the clinic. The driver an attendant were there.
They were just finishing lunch.
