oi amigo! I'm more interested in the type of camera you used to take pictures like that. If price is not a huge issue, what exactly would I need to own, to get that photo quality?

I have an 11 megapixel $200 walmart thing. Looking for somthing much nicer in quality, but I am totally uneducated in this field. Any help??

As a photographer there are several ways to protect yourself. I would watermark the photos with your copyright info. Also, the EXIF info should contain your copyright info as well. I shoot Nikon and they actually have a setting in the DSLR series of cameras that allows you to embed it into the JPEG image.

WOW! She is in the Reto4x4 preview video on YouTube.
I interviewed her for the full-length video, and she was real friendly/great personality.
