A keg or a can are better, but can impart a metalalic taste.

Actually I think the beer in cans taste better these days...maybe the technology is better...don't recall a metallic taste from a keg, but then again usually when there was a keg around I didn't recall much of anything anyway. :bounce:

Hey Oso. I even have an Arrogant Bastard tee shirt. Problem is that for folks like Dennis, quantity trumps quality, so to speak. You cannot drink many bottles of that ale without wishing the next day that you had not.

We just got back from a week in Salt Lake City area. Lots of good micro brew pubs making good beer. Polygamy Porter - why have just one? bring some home for the wives! from Wasatch Brew Pub was full bodied and tasty. Saturday we went to Oktoberfest at Snowbird and tried three different local 'biers' including a black bier brewed special for the occasion. Went weel with the brats and oompa band.

Arrogant Bastard is good beer! Stone Brewing is a great place to visit and try all the stuff that is not sold in stores. They have some decent grub there too.

http://www.stonebrew.com/home.asp

I like Dos Equis amber on draft and all the beers at the TJ brewery. We have not been to the Tecate brewery in a few years but we always made sure to stop in and enjoy a few drafts, especially on a Sunday afternoon there would be whole families in there quaffing a few. My bro in law has been making beer for the last year or so since he retired and he is getting very good at it. I always make sure I take an empty growler to fill when I head over his place.
I like Tecate ice cold in a glass with clamato and some lime juice. Tastes good and it's good for you! I even drink Corona and enjoy it because I know how to store it!:P Be good to your liquor and it will be good to you! :dudette:

Ever notice how popular threads about beer seem to be?

They just go on and on.

Well, beer drinking is a happy sport...

Can't have too many Pacificos when you are with amigos in Baja!

Drank a bunch of this Modelo brew on our mainland trip, only stuff available at some places we stayed. Very Corona like.

Any port in a storm.

Perhaps that's because it's brewed by Grupo Modelo who also brews Corona.

Here is one that I found on the mainland that I had never tried before. I thought it was very good.

And someone mentioned Polygamy Porter?
