How to get to the toll road?

I have friends who will be crossing at San Ysidro south bound and I'm having a hard time explaining how to get to the toll road. Is there a diagram available that I could e-mail to them? Thanks in advance for any help.

As of our Sunday last crossing, the toll road still had re-construction areas between the border and the 1st toll booth and some further south. However, it was very passable and easy to find your way.
