Best hotel in San Felipe

What is the best hotel in San Felipe. We need one with secure parking, clean rooms, no noise on the street and, hopefully, a restaurant near by. We are willing to pay what it is worth.
Thanks :?:

I believe we stayed at the Hotel Cortez in January this year. Only a few people there so it was quiet. Parking seemed decently secure. It had a restaurant but we did not eat there. You can negotiate on the price of lodging..

Your request for secure parking does
limit your choice to as mentioned the Cortez,
it has a guard, whether it is 24 hr , I
don't know, it has a restaurant on the beach,
and 2 blk walk to El Nido restaurant
as well as Georges rest for maybe breakfast,
there is a bit more upscale place called the
Marina, more of a condo place,
which I think has nightly rentals
1 1/2 mi so. of SF

We've stayed at the El Cortez Hotel before and enjoyed it. They have secure parking, restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating, and a bar. It is on the beach and is an easy walk to everywhere in town. It is not really fancy, but is clean, comfortable and has all the things you need. Enjoy your visit there. It's a great little town.

Whenever I hear that rainy, chill wind blow. I think it may be time to head for Mexico. Tengo que obedecer mi corazon!

I second the El Cortez. I recommend the beachfront bungalows for watching spectacular sunrises.
Have stayed there about 50 times. 10 minute walk to town, and a 5 minute drive to Ruben's Camp for their unbelievable COCO LOCOS!

I guess it's unanimous, your staying at the El Cortez!

Very first trip to San Felipe we stayed at the El Cortez. Camped with an RV for a few years after that, now own a Beach House 25 miles of town and have so for 17 years.

Haven't had a bad trip yet....
