I collaborated with Google.
Something else in Puebla Guadalupe is a quail industry. You can buy frozen, ready to cook birds as well as jars of pickeled quail eggs. The eggs
have always made more sense to me. Quail is a one-bite bird.
Anyway, when you're in town, ask anybody where the Cordoníz place is. The one I went to was right on "Main Street"....easy to find.

great stuff Ken - thanks for the tip. hard to find here but i'll look for it anyway - there are a few GV wines around the specialty shops.
that catapult was an easy chair. easy in...hard out.

Honestly Mike, better wines for the same money from US, Spain, Italy, Argentina, Australia, but if you want to have a Mexican wine they put out some
good vino.
Just my opinion, others will disagree.

agree - ditto Chile. but the nebelillo (sp??) from Cetto i had in 2004 was spectacular. at about $6 US then.
