Restaurants and stands in La Paz?

I've got a friend who is headed to La Paz for a month. Was hoping to get some restaurants recommendations for him. It's been about 6 years since I've been to La Paz. I remember La Mar y Pena as being very good. Is it still open?

Naturally, I have told him about Tres Virgenes. Man, what stellar reviews on Tripadvisor! Then, there's the Nomad reviews.

Any other recommendations?

For international cuisine, Azul Marino in the Marina Costa Baja is very good. For Italian try Il Rustico. For Steaks Buffalo BBQ is good but a bit expensive. For fish tacos, the stand two blocks behind the cathedral is king, also Tacos La Paz on Allende is very good. For Seafood, El Dorado on the malecon.
