Really sad the name calling... I only answered the request and because it is near a 'secret surf spot' (that all surfers know about), there isn't
supposed to be anything said to non-surfing Nomads... Ged is a non-surfer.
Blame the Mexican road crews (not us four wheelers or dirt bike riders) for allowing anyone to get there! The graded dirt highway north from Santa
Rosalillita is your enemy, not fellow Baja Nomads.

Just a thought.. early 60's going down to Johson's Ranch.. go past San Vicente then when you get to San Quintin then make a right turn at the "adobe
fence" .. no GPS, Cell,Sat's, I didn't think there were maps down south of where the pavement ended.. and San Quintin ... well I sure wish I had taken

There are two types of surf spots, easy ones to get too, an harder ones to get too. The easier ones have more people then the harder ones. I have
been surfing in Baja since 1962. We found Alejandros in 1966, others have already been there. Saw all of the 7 Sisters plus many other good spots in
the area by 1970. Others had already been there. They are getting easier but are still not easy. Take a chance, and go down the road.

That must have been quite an adventure. No highway, 10-12 foot, 30 pound surfboards, certainly no leashes. Wetsuits? What were you driving?
I learned on a performer in the 70s, but you're not that Dewey, unless the Internet has expanded its reaches quite a bit.
I'd like to read more stories about surfing baja back then if you're up to it.
