Where to get FMT near Tecate crossing.

We will be crossing at Tecate later this week. My first time crossing there. Can we get our FMTs on the US side nearby before crossing? How about a fishing license?

Thanks!

The immigration office is on the right, just across the border.
The building with the ramp and stairs.
The bank is now a block or 2 away.

You can usually park on teh US side and walk across for the visas.
Parking on the Mex side is harder to find.

Is there a wait at the bank? I recall a post saying the guy had to wait in line for an hour at the bank?

If your a member of DiscoverBaja.com (office in San Diego) you can purchase a pre-paid FM-T and only have it stamped at the border, no search for bank, cross when you like...

do you only need one membership to get FMT's for your friends and family, or is it one membership per FMT?

One membership per family is all we've needed, not sure for friends though. Prepaid is the way to go, you then only need the entry stamp.

Is there still no where to park in front of the immigration office?
