Don't worry. I've dumped my beer, twice, into mine and it still works.

For the record. Traditionally, the wasabi should be on the side. Never mixed up in the soy sauce. The sushi is first dabbed on the wasabi, then dipped
in the soy sauce before being eaten.

 Sorry for being a wasabi N-zi... :p

 Great looking food.

In my opinion, 3V is the best restaurant in La Paz and probably in all of Baja. It is more than a restaurant, it is a dining experience! Every time I
have been there, Jesse has been the consumate host.

Trip Advisor rates 3V as #5 in La Paz
behind Tailhunter, La Tasca, ll Rustico, and Caffe Milano. Tailhunter Fubar is the best restaurant in La Paz?!
Such a classy name. I don't get it.
This is why I think Trip Advisor is of almost no use. Yes, it is better than nothing but so is a corn cob when you need toilet paper.

My sisters are visiting, and we went to La Paz for a night. I had the opportunity to take them to 3 V Thursday night. We each had something different
from the menu ( there is so much to choose from), and everything was excellent. The staff made you feel right at home, and we also had the pleasure of
meeting Jesse. What a pleasant man.
All in all, A+ in our book.
