As Comitan mentioned, I used my Citibank ATM today at the Banamex in Cd Const. and both esposo y yo withdrew pesos without a fee. The receipt does look different and now has a spot for a commission fee and IVA (both said 0 in our case).

No change in the maximum amount we could withdraw with each of our ATM cards (linked to the same accounts). Citibank allows twice the daily withdrawal limit as our BofA ATM cards do at Bof A, ScotiaBank, or Santander.

It's Saturday and the bank was closed but the posted rate in the Banamex window was 12.5 but I just checked my Citi account balance and we got an exchange rate of 12.85- holy cow!

Same-o @ B of A today

I withdrew from my B of A account on the Santander ATM at Calimax in Maneadero. The rate was 12.85 and no fees.... so far. My buddy used the HSBC machine and got nailed 22 pesos or something like that.
