Weddings in Cabo

We have a niece who wants to have her wedding in the Cabo area. The wedding will be on 11-11-11 at 11:11AM. (No, I don't know why.) Expecting about 40 people total. Any recommendations or suggestions?

I think the world is run by C- students.

Need plenty of good planning with solid timetable. Don't want to leave everything for the 11th hour.

Tell her to either cut the guest list by 29 or invite 71 more people.

I think the date has more to do with the groom remembering anniversaries than anything else.

The 11:11AM idea was mine. Some say that I am full of bright ideas.

Actually there are several wedding planners in Cabo...also check with the resort/hotel where the wedding party will be staying.

Last week some newely weds friends were staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. They said they saw three wedding on the beach...which is a beautiful secluded beach if I do say so. Also PBSB has a beautiful chapel on their property.

Here is a link that has a few planners in the Cabo area...Good Luck to the Bride and Groom.

I'm not absolutely certain if they are still doing this. However, about a dozen years ago, our daughter was married in Cabo. We set it up on the beach near Pithayas, had three musicians, and did it just before sunset. Mary Bragg, of the John and Mary Bragg/ Pancho's Restaurant in Cabo was the coordinator. As far as I can tell, she and her company appear to have the most experience in the wedding biz. As I said, I'm not 100% certain she is still doing it. Since she started, a bunch of others have entered the marketplace, including some of Mary's former employees. So, if she's still in the biz, I would heartily recommend her.

wodd is correct, John and Mary Bragg were one of the first to get into that market in CSL, while they dont spend much time there I believe the business is still going.

Thanks for the tips. I'll forward them on at 11:11 tonight.

Is that what the sarcasm font looks like?

Mary and John took me in a long time ago and we've been friends since. Mary handled the details of our civil ceremony and in 2004. I highly recommend her company.
