CC Police corruption / What can be done?

I've been reading the daily horror stories about the Gringo shake down and wondering if the federalies are going to do anything about it.
Any thoughts on the matter?

It may not be only for Gringos. More than likely, these guys are equal opportunity a-holes.

Preying Mantises

When Torres became mayor of Rosarito he put out the word to leave the gringos alone.

So the cops redoubled efforts against their own.

So, at the direction of the mayor, the cops lay off the tourists, and hammer the locals, some of who then hammer the tourists?:o

Send a letter to State Tourism and to the State District Attorney. Then one on to Mexico Tourism in Mexico City.
you need to have time and dates and should try and get the names of the Cops.

have a bunch of you gone to the Delagado office. Try that first. Gringos and local.
Good Luck
