where's a good place to stay

if one is at Campo Lorenzo for a few days? that is about a mile from don Eddies and the old mill area, on the bahia falso.

any reports and rates? don't want to go as far as Jardines or La Pinta. what's avail close? is the old mill or don eddies the only games in that area?

Stayed at the Old Mill in early February - one night only. It was fine. I seem to remember $30 something. Checked in after the office was closed, so there was a message on the door as to what room to use and "we'll square up in the morning". Managed by an American couple for many years according the lady. There were very few guests that night .... mid week. We parked inside the courtyard with our ATV's ... just barely enough room to get through the opening.

Recommended to us by Jardines, after they booked up and we got there too late.

Hola capt. mike, i stayed at the old mill in october of last year and stayed in # 1, the " two room suites " for $ 50.00 but only used one room. unless you're walking, jardine's didn't seem to be too far away and it's really nice plus, they have a restaurant on site as there doesn't seem to be any eating facilities at the old mill area any longer and the store there was sporatically open.

i believe the restaurant at jardines is closed on mondays ?

the driveway opening is narrow but there is room for a standard pickup or van to go through.

BIEN SALUD, DA RAT
