I'm a very light sleeper, but the noise here never seems to be an issue. Maybe because we have always gotten the second floor room in the back.
As for the WiFi, it has never worked in our several stays here, but they always say it will next time!
Worth the stop, in our opinion.

If the noise is an issue go a few more miles north to the Posada Don Diego
we are off the Hwy and most of time pretty quiet.
Not to many rooms but quiet.
stop and check us out next time.

Ouch, that's gotta hurt. But Gerald DID say that "all comments and opinions were welcomed." Besides, you can't really fault someone for trying to drum
up a little business for themselves, can you? And perhaps Gerald would be bothered by the noise at BajaCactus (although I've never been).
No need to get so nasty, Kat. I have really enjoyed your posts on the turtle bust thread. This seems a little out of character for you. Must be
something personal.

This is about offering a different service to someone. I don't know what you have against me I am most always polite and friendly to all.
If I am not welcome on this site perhaps the majority will tell me. I am sorry you think this is all about me but it is not about your either. This
forum is for all.
I have see your posts and most of the you seem very angry about something.
I wish you a better day then you are having today. I hope tomorrow is better for you.

What a f'ing nimrod.
Hey Irene? I, for one, appreciate having an option in Rosarito. Cactus often fills up and if you don't have a reservation, or get in early, the
place has no vacancy. It's helpful to know there are other quality places in this town and a Nomad recommends it.
Thank you for posting your information -- it pays to market yourself.
Oh, and let me add that I have been bothered by the number of 18 wheeler's who park next door at the Pemex and leave their motors running. The
grade the Cactus is on has a constant parade of trucks using jake brakes, or not using them, and it's LOUD! I usually take a pill, or drink
tequila, and sleep with a pillow over my head.

What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

Thank you but we are not in El Rosario
We are north back up in Vicente Guerrero. We are on hour from Baja Cactus
We are off the Hwy about a half mile.
I just put this out if someone did not want to stay there. I am sure it is a very fine place. I have only heard good things about it and just wanted
to give someone and another choice.
Thanks again Lee
Hope you stop by and see us sometime

Thank you!!!
Wow...!!!
Thank you so much for all the great and wonderful comments you have said about our Motel... they are uplifting and surely inspire us to keep doing our
best effort to better ourselves... I will make sure everyone in our staff knows all their hard work is truly appreciated by all of you guys.
BajaBruno... indeed we had a few glitches a while back with our internet connection... however we made some modifications and we have had no problems
for over a year now. We have an ethernet connection in the rooms, which you can use to connect to our hotspot directly, via a LAN cable (if you forget
yours, we have some at the front desk for lending)... and we also have a WiFi signal that covers the outside of the motel, the SSID is "BajaCactus
HotSpot" and you may ask for the password at the front desk.
Regarding the noise... well... there is not much we can do until our Convenience Store is build... this unit was designed at the front of the motel,
between the motel and the highway, to try and attenuate the noise of the traffic passing by... but until then I do not know how to resolve this small
problem... my apologies to anyone who has not had a restful stay at BajaCactus.
Again, thank you all so much for your nice and beautiful words... I hope to have the opportunity to meet you all in the future to personally thank
you.
Your friend,
Antonio Munoz

Antonio, we love the BajaCactus!! We have never been disappointed and always have a restful night's sleep. We look forward to our stay on July 19th.
Do you suggest we make reservations? We have yet to do that, and always just hope for the best...thus far, we've done pretty good. Though, we kind of
fell in love with one room in particular ~ our daughter loved having her own "room" in the loft and the locking gate at the stairs was a life saver ~
pure genius!! Okay, now I'm going to have to make reservations! I've given away our secret!! Pencil us in Antonio! We'll be there soon!

Get going, Antonio. Just sort of kidding. But, if you can help shield the traffic noise with another profit making venture, more power to you. I just
hope that for you and so many other upstanding business owners in Baja that tourism will again flourish.
