90 second minimum between posts?
No, it apples to everyone... maybe on certain forums here? I hate it, because I read something and type out a quick reply and go to post it... and it
disappears with that 90 second new rule message... So, I have to type it out again, or just forget it. I hope Doug drops that or shortens it.
