Made the Bacalao last night with a 6 lb vermillion rockfish caught in 450' of water in the Coronado Canyon off the North Coronado Island. It was not
good, it was G-R-E-A-T.
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful cookbook. Got it as a Favorite now.

I have poked around Rolly's site for years, it's packed with great information and he is quite methodical in his presentation.
There is a link called "Building a House in Tarzana" which briefly tells the story of how he came to live full time in Mexico. It's always interesting
when someone makes such a huge change in their life and the events that lead to it -
