RV rentals that are permitt into Baja??


Looking for RV rental company that will permit taking into Baja??

Because these rental agencies charge more than triple on the Mexican insurance.

You be better off renting thru www.craigslist.org from a private party, then get the require insurance (many references here on this board) (use search). Also...private party rents are far cheaper.

The big boss (wife) just flew down to San Diego and rented a car for her and her rowdy bunch of girlfriends...that insurance was 3x more than what we pay on our truck Mex Ins.




Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

Thanks for the replys.

As stated buy others it was looking for chicken lips in a meat market and very expensive.

I found 2 rental place that would permit taking rental into Baja.

Lowest rate $ 65 per day plus very high insurance rates.

Guess its back to using my van.
