looking for trip suggestions
I am heading south in 2 weeks. My destination is approx 15 miles north of Gonzaga Bay. I will be there 2 weeks, and would like to take a trip for 3-4
days to travel south from there. I have never been, and would really appreciate any recomendations, pointers or otherwise as to where to stop, what to
see etc. Thanks in advance.

Please enjoy the web page I made to help people decide where to visit... http://community-2.webtv.net/vivabaja/tours
Links to photos of interesting sites are grouped around destinations in Baja. I have destinations of San Felipe, Gonzaga Bay, Cataviņa and Bahia de
los Angeles for sites around your destination.

Lista, though I've never been to Gonzaga Bay, I think it is in comfortable driving range to San Ignacio, a charming historic Baja town. It has a
beautiful old mission church, and a laid back plaza with huge old laurel trees. It's a quiet place, but interesting, and the more you look the more
you see. Two interesting hotels. Lots of Nomads love Ignacio Springs Bed and Breakfast. My favorite is Casa Leree. Both have websites, so you can
look them over before you go.
Welcome to Nomads. My husband and I lived for 35 in Kalispell, and still have a house there. Wondering where in Montana you live. It's such a small
state ;~)

Lista - I love San Ignacio as well - it is so unique. If you really want to get away and be VERY remote, come to La Bocana ... we are a community of
1200, on the Pacific side so not very hot, windy in the PMs and the lobster is oh so delicious this time of year )))))))))
welcome to BajaNomads !! And boy, if you happen to have or know someone who has a bike (any bike), please bring it down and help out the local bike
club .... whooooooooo hoooooooo !! We can figure out the logistics even if you don't visit La Bocana.
